HealthRoster SafeCare gives nurse leaders real time visibility of staffing levels across wards and departments, allowing them to maintain safe and compliant patient care based on patient numbers and acuity and dependency.
The solution is part of HealthRoster, enabling day-to-day operational changes to the roster in real time and facilitating the redeployment of staff across wards to avoid under- or over-staffing.
Supports multiple evidence based workforce tools in including AUHUK’s SaferCare tool for easy collection and accurate reporting for workforce assurance and planning.
