Who is Allocate Software?

With RLDatix and Allocate being trusted partners to so many of the same health and care organizations, we have a unique opportunity to support this confluence of needs by bringing our companies, capabilities and expertise together.

What will happen to my contacts at Allocate?

Your contacts will remain the same.

When does the change take effect?

The change in ownership begins on the 21st September 2021.

Are my contracts still valid?

Yes, your contracts are still valid.

Will my products continue to be supported?

Absolutely. Products will be supported in the usual manner.

Who do I contact for support?

You will continue to work with the same teams for support and customer success that you were working with before. For now, email addresses and phone numbers remain unchanged. As this changes in the future, you have our commitment to communicate these changes to you so that there is no disruption in support or customer success.

Will the product change?

For the time being, you will continue to use your current product with the same reliability and support. Over time, we will look to bring together the best of the RLDatix and Allocate products so that we can serve the global community with a market-leading, integrated solutions that drives Applied Safety Intelligence and world-class Health and Care People Management. 

Will my RLDatix and Allocate products now be linked?

Not immediately. We will work alongside clients to help define how and where our respective solutions are integrated.

I’m an existing Allocate customer and I’m interested in RLDatix’s products. Who do I contact?

We’re excited to provide an expanded portfolio of offerings to further drive your journey to high reliability. If you’re interested in learning more about RLDatix’s solutions, please contact your Allocate account manager. As our teams start coordinating with each other, we’ll ensure that your request gets routed to the appropriate RLDatix team member.

I’m an existing RLDatix customer and I’m interested in the Allocate workforce management solution. Who do I contact?

We’re excited to provide an expanded portfolio of offerings to further drive your journey to high reliability. If you’re interested in learning more about Allocate’s solutions, please contact your current RLDatix sales rep or account manager. As our teams start coordinating with each other, we’ll ensure that your request gets routed to the appropriate Allocate team member.

Will Allocate be called RLDatix now?

At this time, Allocate will continue to operate under the Allocate brand.

The United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, North Macedonia and Australia.
